These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PlayConnect, operated by PlayConnect Solutions ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering or using PlayConnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use PlayConnect.
  • Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  • By using PlayConnect, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Business accounts must be operated by individuals authorized to act on behalf of their organization.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach at info@playconnect.in.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Platform Services

PlayConnect provides the following services:

  • Venue Discovery & Booking: Search and book sports venues. Bookings are subject to venue availability and the venue owner's terms.
  • Events & Tournaments: Create, discover, and register for sports events. Event organizers set their own rules and entry fees.
  • Marketplace: Buy and sell sports gear. PlayConnect acts as an intermediary; product quality is the seller's responsibility.
  • Social Community: Connect with players, join groups, and share sports content.
  • Membership Plans: Premium role-based subscriptions (Booking Manager, Event Manager, Club Manager, Tournament Manager).

4. Payments & Transactions

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms of service.
  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • PlayConnect charges a platform fee of 5% on marketplace transactions.
  • Venue booking prices are set by venue owners; PlayConnect charges a commission to venue partners.
  • Membership subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • We do not store your card or bank details. All payment data is handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant).

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use PlayConnect for any unlawful purpose
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or data mining tools
  • List fake venues, events, or products
  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, or booking counts

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, logos, and code on PlayConnect are the property of PlayConnect Solutions and protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.
  • Users retain ownership of content they post but grant PlayConnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute such content on the platform.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from PlayConnect's proprietary content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • PlayConnect is a platform that connects users with venues, organizers, and sellers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of venues, events, or products listed by third parties.
  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring at third-party venues or events.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PlayConnect in the preceding 12 months.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlayConnect Solutions, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you post or transmit through PlayConnect

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • The seat of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Termination

  • You may deactivate your account at any time from Profile → Settings.
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violating these Terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use PlayConnect ceases immediately.
  • Outstanding payments and obligations survive termination.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

By using PlayConnect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
